How to solve PC hanging issue ?

Solution-

NOTE:-It may be caused if you are running multiple apps in the background.
here is the solution-
1st step-press "Ctrl+Alt+Delete",
2nd step:-click on the 3rd option ''Sign Out''and wait till the completion of sign out,
3rd step:-Now sign in to your PC.
last step:-ENJOY!
